We are looking for a PA to support a 16-year-old with Autism, CFS and gender dysphoria.
As a Personal Assistant your duties will include acting as a mentor, support in building confidence and promoting independence, support to create and maintain social connections, engage in promoting regular social and leisure activities and establishing a routine.
An interest in antique/vintage books and the great works of literature would be a distinct advantage.
We are looking for a caring, open-minded, proactive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others.
Previous experience is desirable along with a positive attitude and good work ethic. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full clean licence is required and you must have access to own vehicle.
This is a part time position for 6.5 hours per week and an hourly rate of £12.21 plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
