Clinical Administrator

The Older Adult Community Mental Health Team is looking for a Clinical Administrator to join our admin team on a permanent basis supporting our Clinical Teams.
We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills, ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, service users, visitors and carers in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages and have a good telephone manner.

Main duties of the job
* Provide a comprehensive administration and information service to the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team within the Mental Health Network.
* Coordinate activities with other members of the Business Administration Team to ensure an efficient and confidential service.
* Work flexibly in response to the needs of the Networks Administrative service, providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by the Deputy Admin Lead to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
