Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Managing Surveyor to join our friendly and proactive Client in Brentwood, Essex. Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Survey fire compartmentation and already-installed product systems / doors inside commercial and domestic buildings, identifying defects in accordance with regulations and manufacturers product data sheets and installation requirements. Record and review surveys on designated recording software. Maintain a clean, safe working environment (including tools/equipment), leaving the site clean and secure at the end of each working shift. Schedule surveys, produce RAMS, book/order equipment required, allocate labour; workflow data and reports, liaising with colleagues in Surveying and Estimating. Process fire door and passive fire protection survey data for pricing by Estimating department. Produce survey reports including remedial actions required by reference to relevant standards. Undertake site visits, identifying requirements, scope, and extent, for pricing survey quotations. Communicate our quality standards to clients through reporting and meetings.
