Join us as Registered Manager, our specialist Family Assessment Centre in Great Malvern. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a committed team in delivering life-changing outcomes for vulnerable families.
? About UsOur Service provides residential assessments for up to seven families facing a range of challenges, including mental health issues, learning disabilities, and substance misuse. Through our trauma-informed, 14-week programmes—guided by the ParentAssess model—we provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where families can grow and thrive.
? Your Role Will Involve:
Managing daily operations at our service with a clear focus on safety, quality, and outcomes.
Leading and supporting your team with regular supervision, coaching, and professional development.
Creating bespoke assessment plans tailored to the individual needs of each family.
Ensuring all practice meets Ofsted standards, with a commitment to achieving Outstanding.
Liaising with local authorities and external professionals to ensure seamless, multi-agency support.
Overseeing referral management, reporting, and service development at a strategic level.
Embedding a trauma-informed, resilience-building culture within the team and home. What You’ll Need:
Qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England).
Proven experience managing family assessments or residential care services.
Strong understanding of complex family dynamics and risk factors.
Familiarity with the ParentAssess model and experience delivering structured parenting assessments.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary working and safeguarding practice.? Why Join?
