Our client who are a Brand Activation Partner are looking for a Senior Account Director to join there team on a maternity cover contract.
This role will be working with one of the largest tech brands in the world. You will have top class client management and strategically drive great ideas over the line, both in thinking and doing.
You will be working with some of the best people in the industry, so you will need to be a real people person and able to manage and mentor talent within the team.
Responsibilities
* Set the tone and pace for the team.
* Strategic responses to briefs.
* Play a key integrated role within client services and maintain strong relationships.
* Lead and manage the team.
* Facilitate focused and productive client meetings.
* Be the go-to for expertise and objective strategic advice.
* Drive the creation and delivery of deliverables to clients.
* Make sure budget and time allocation is followed/in-line with client contracts.
* Accurate monthly reporting.
* Conduct team meetings, appraisals and 1 to 1's.
Experience
* Experience working as a Senior Account Director across multiple disciplines; ideally across both account management and project management.
* You will have worked across large network agencies and smaller creative agencies - Traditional style.
* Have experience working key flagship accounts.
* Best in class client service skills.
* Be able to manage, mentor and nurture a team.

This is a hybrid role, which sits one day a week in Surrey and one day a week in London. This is a maternity cover for 1 year. Immediate start.
