ARCHITECT
POSITION : Architect
LOCATION : Commutable from Hull, Beverley, Grimsby, Lincoln, Doncaster, Selby, York, Leeds
Hybrid role - Generally in the office 2/3 days per week
HOURLY RATE : Contract rate available on a PAYE or Ltd Co basis - £27PH - £35PH
THE ROLE : This is a contract position for 6 - 12 months for an experienced Architect to join this multi-disciplinary practice.
Working across all RIBA stages
Developing architectural solutions from concept to technical design and construction stages
Attend site meetings
Liaise with stakeholders
Coordinate consultants
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience working as an Architect ideally with experience in housing / sheltered housing / apartments / social housing
Be proficient with AutoCAD, Revit and 3D presentational software
Candidates must be a qualified Architect (ARB)
Direct working knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
The ability to run projects from inception to completion
