Responsibilities
of the successful Quantity Surveyor:
1. Applications for payment
2. Identify, notify and price change
3. Managing cost control and financial aspects of key projects
4. Providing expert advice on contractual claims and final accounts
5. Conducting new award / contract reviews
6. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
Skills and experience of the successful Quantity Surveyor:
7. Degree qualified in a relevant construction, engineering or property discipline
8. Proven experience in quantity surveying, minimum 3+ years post-degree experience
9. Must have NEC3/4 contract experience
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
11. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
Salary / Benefits : £40,000 - £55,000 dependant on level of experience plus package including:
