Set within one of the Cotswolds’ most renowned luxury hotels, this is an excellent opportunity for a Demi Chef De Partie with 2 Rosette experience to further their career in a supportive and highly regarded kitchen environment.

1. £35,692 per annum plus £3,000 to £3,500 service charge

Responsibilities as a Demi Chef De Partie…
13. Assisting with the preparation and presentation of dishes to an exceptional standard
14. Taking responsibility for your designated section during service
15. Working closely with senior chefs to further develop your culinary knowledge and techniques
16. Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen
17. Demonstrating a genuine passion for quality ingredients and modern cooking techniques
