Children's Services Manager
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Children's Services Manager to lead our holiday support service and drive quality improvements across our organisation.
At The Yard, we believe in the power of play and creating communities. Our centres provide tailored activities and support for children and young people with disabilities and their families. Ensuring that they have enriching experiences that promote their well-being and development.
We are looking for a manager who is inspired by our ethos and is excited to bring their knowledge and experience to run our specialised Holiday Support service for children with complex medical needs.
The role will also involve supporting the Head of Service and Head of Partnerships in ensuring effective evaluation, quality assurance, continuous development and improvement across all our services throughout the year.
You will be part of our management team and responsible for making decisions that impact the whole organisation.

This Job Is For You If You Have
* Experience in managing or supervising staff in a care, play or support service
* Knowledge of regulated services and a commitment to delivering high standards
* Good organisational skills, with an ability to oversee both day-today service delivery and longer-term projects
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a wide range of stakeholders
