Albert Bartlett, a leader in the potato industry since 1948, is recognized for our commitment to quality and excellence. We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with us.
This role will be working 2 days per week, Thursday and Friday, in a job share.
In this dynamic role, you will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to various departments. If you have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a proactive approach, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
* Handle general inquiries and provide information about the company and its products.
* Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing appointments.
* Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and communication.
* Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to help others.
