We are seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal who has experience of working with fee earners in the area of Wills, Trusts and Probate matters. This is a busy team of three fee earners, all at different stages of their careers and to be considered, you will demonstrate experience and confidence in private client work, being highly organised and enjoy interaction with clients on a daily basis.
As an integral member of the team, this position will be varied and depending on experience, it can include some direct client interactions and meetings to take notes, draft wills and all other documents. Key will be someone who understands the importance of keeping all parties updated, providing an efficient service and working on files compliantly. The clients are a mix of HNW considering wealth and tax planning, everyday clients looking to update their wills and put in place lasting powers of attorney, as well as elderly clients who may require additional support.
The offices are centrally located in a busy high street market town and you will work in a friendly and professional team with interaction across other departments, such as family and conveyancing as there will be client referrals.
