Required Skills and Experience for this Nursery Teaching Assistant role:
1. Minimum Level 2 Qualification
2. Early Years Qualification
3. Experience in UK Primary or Nursery Schools
4. Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the child
5. Provide an engaging learning environment
6. Work closely with the SENCO and class teacher
Working for Flourish Education as a Nursery Teaching Assistant you will receive:
1. £85.02 day rate to £100 day rate which equates to £16,578.00 per annum to £19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
2. The option of PAYE or Umbrella
