Vehicle Technician required in Hoddesdon

We are representing our client who is looking to appoint a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. 4. Competiteve basic salary of up to £46,000 per annum
5. Monday to Friday only working hours 8am - 6pm.
6. Overtime paid at x1.25 the standard rate for optional weekend work
7. Work in a well-supported team of technicians
Duties for the Vehicle Technician include:
8. Servicing and inspecting a variety of vehicles, including Ford Rangers, Connects, and Transits
9. Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDI)
10. Performing general repairs, brakes, tyres, and oil services
11. Diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical issues upon vehicle return
12. Managing a high volume of vehicles efficiently, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Candidate criteria for the Vehicle Technician role:
13. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
14. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to perform repairs confidently
15. Knowledge of Ford commercial vehicles is beneficial
16. Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
17. Full UK driving license
