* Greeting and high standard service to international and regular clientele
* Customer sales advice and presentation of the collection
* Organising and completing digital / phone orders for clients
* Client relationship management through digital tools
* Assistance with daily running of the store (restocking of the shop floor, maintenance of display and stock room, stock-taking, etc.)
* Ability and motivation to achieve personal sales goals

* Customer sales advice and presentation of the collection
* Organising and completing digital / phone orders for clients

Profile required
* Fluent English (speaking, writing and reading), an other language will be a plus
* Proven sales skills
* Experience in retail
* Experience in the world of fashion and luxury
* Flexibility
* A proactive/dynamic and positive attitude
* Target driven
* Good inter-personal skills, team spirit/player
