About the role We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (12-month fixed term contract) to join us in London. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across our global offices, including the UK & Ireland, North America, and APAC regions. You will work as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, driving end-to-end recruitment delivery across technical and non-technical functions. This role is ideal for a recruiter who combines sourcing expertise with a passion for creating a first-class candidate experience and improving recruitment processes. As part of our global Talent Acquisition team, you will also contribute to strategic projects that advance our hiring practices such as process optimisation, interview design, training, and diversity-focused initiatives. What you’ll do Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of global roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, providing data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strategic advice. Deliver outstanding candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, professionalism, and consistency throughout every stage of the process. Ensure up to date and accurate data in our ATS Greenhouse. Source top talent directly using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other relevant sourcing tools and channels. Collaborate with stakeholders across the UK, North America, and APAC to align recruitment efforts with business goals and workforce plans. Use recruitment data and analytics to assess performance, inform decision-making, and identify areas for process improvement. Lead or support strategic recruitment projects including interview process enhancements, interviewer training, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Ensure all recruitment activity adheres to our global talent acquisition processes, compliance standards, and data integrity requirements. Maintain accuracy and efficiency in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and associated recruitment tools. Partner closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and ensure consistent, high-quality experience across all regions. What we’re looking for 8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within FinTech, Financial Services, or other technology-led industries. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent roles and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment. Previous experience maintaining a modern ATS with a high level of accuracy and speed - experience with Greenhouse is preferred. Advanced sourcing expertise with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant recruitment platforms. Experience hiring across multiple regions, ideally including the UK, North America, and APAC. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach. Skilled at balancing quality, pace, and candidate experience within the recruitment lifecycle. Analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics and insights to refine recruitment strategies. Ability to lead end to end talent acquisition projects such as recruitment process improvement, interviewer training and diversity hiring projects as. Self-motivated, adaptable, and hands-on, with a passion for recruitment, excellence, and continuous improvement.
