Development Manager - Residential Developer
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a residential developer as a Development Manager, working on the development and delivery of housing schemes in the South West.

This is a new role within the business, reporting straight into the Regional Managing Director, with strong potential for career progression as the development pipeline grows. You will be tasked with working on sites from cradle to grave, including land acquisition and driving schemes through development & delivery.
The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 plus package.
You should come from a land, planning, or development background with an understanding of the full development process for housing schemes.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and coordinating individual projects across sites
* Ensuring projects align with and achieve the company’s objectives, e.g., design specifications and financial targets
* Driving projects through acquisition, planning, design, and delivery
Key requirements:
* Degree qualification is desirable, preferably property-related
* Experience in managing housebuilding projects through the development process
* Currently working for a housebuilder or development agency
* Understanding of land acquisition, planning, design, and project delivery
* Determined, ambitious, and hungry for success
* Ability to work autonomously and independently
