TP Tutors is recruiting compassionate and dedicated SEN Tutors to deliver personalised one-to-one tuition for children and young people across Farnborough and nearby communities.

About the Role
As an SEN Tutor, you will provide tailored educational support to learners who require additional guidance outside of mainstream classroom settings. Students may present with Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, anxiety, or gaps in education caused by disrupted schooling.
Your role will focus on creating engaging, structured sessions that build confidence, encourage participation, and support both academic and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging face-to-face tuition sessions on a one-to-one basis
* Adapt lesson plans and resources to suit individual learning styles
* Support learners in developing confidence and independence
* Encourage positive engagement and emotional wellbeing
* Track progress and adjust teaching approaches where required
* Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and professionals
* Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
* Travel to learners within Farnborough and nearby locations
Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with children or young people is advantageous
* Backgrounds in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or SEN support are welcomed
* Patient, understanding, and adaptable nature
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Reliable and committed to supporting learner progress
* Knowledge of safeguarding practices
* Willingness to travel for in-person sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
