Overview
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join us. You will be responsible for the Service Department at our dealership and ensure that volume and profit targets are met. The successful candidate will maximise productivity, identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business, and closely oversee sales activity by reviewing performance with the team and agreeing actions to improve sales.
Responsibilities
The Aftersales Manager will:
* Lead and manage the service department to achieve volume and profit targets.
* Identify and implement initiatives to increase productivity and quality of service.
* Review sales performance with the team and develop improvement actions.
* Motivate and support team members in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
* Key team player with strong interpersonal skills.
* Self‑motivated, dedicated and tenacious.
* Proven track record of team leadership.
* Confidence managing a large team of technicians.
* Previous experience with Warranty processing and using Kerridge.
* Minimum of 2 years experience as an Aftersales Manager in a main dealer environment.
