What we are looking for:

We are looking for our next Compliance Officer to join our Global Marketing Communication team based in our EMEA-headquarter in Henley-on-Thames! In this role, you'll execute the compliance review of Global and EMEA distributed communications to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements as well as Invesco goals and standards. You'll provide support and advice to the business on sound business practice and regulatory rules and principles specifically on Marketing and Financial Promotions.

Among your responsibilities could be:

10. Review and approve global financial promotions, ensuring compliance for EMEA and international distribution.

11. Advise business partners and management on compliance matters, providing clear guidance and support.

12. Develop, update, and implement marketing compliance policies and procedures in collaboration with the Compliance Manager.

13. Collaborate with the Global & EMEA Communications Compliance team to enhance and streamline compliance processes and activities.

14. Contribute to strategic compliance projects, including global risk-based reviews and regulatory initiatives.

15. Communicate regulatory updates and disclosure changes to business partners, supporting the team with research, issue resolution, and ongoing compliance needs.

You'll need to have:

16. Experience with financial promotions:Skilled in reviewing and/or creating financial marketing materials, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.

17. Knowledge of financial products and services:Confident navigating a range of financial offerings and industry standards.

18. Organized and solutions-oriented:Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and focused on practical problem-solving.

19. Strong communicator and team player:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with others.

20. Adaptable and independent:Open-minded, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team.

21. Tech-savvy and detail-oriented:Comfortable with PC applications and attentive to detail in all aspects of your work.
