About the Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects (or your specialist area) to students aged 11-16.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring students remain focused and on task.
* Follow pre-prepared lesson plans or adapt them as required to meet the needs of the class.
* Work collaboratively with school staff and contribute to the smooth running of the school day.

What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching in secondary schools (all subject specialisms are welcome).
* Strong classroom management skills.
* A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching.
* An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
