If youre looking for a role where you can genuinely lead, influence projects, and work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, this could be the opportunity for you.</p><p>As an Associate EIA Consultant, youll play a key role in shaping and delivering Environmental Impact Assessments across a diverse portfolio of UK projects. Youll be trusted to take ownership, guide teams, and act as a central point of contact, while still being supported by a collaborative and knowledgeable senior team.</p><h3>What youll be doing day to day</h3><ul><li>Preparing EIA Screening and Scoping Requests</li><li>Managing and compiling Environmental Statements, including drafting introductory chapters and setting up topic chapter templates</li><li>Coordinating, reviewing, and integrating inputs from topic specialists into cohesive Environmental Statements</li><li>Acting as a key point of contact between clients and the wider project team, ensuring clear communication and high-quality outputs</li></ul><h3>What were looking for in you</h3><ul><li>Significant experience in an environmental or planning consultancy or public sector environment</li><li>A relevant degree or masters qualification (e.g. Environment and Development, Environmental Policy, Planning, or similar)</li><li>Practitioner membership of ISEP</li><li>Proven experience coordinating EIAs across a range of project types</li><li>The ability to lead aspects of EIA coordination without direct Director supervision</li><li>Experience working on NSIP projects (desirable)</li></ul><h3>Why join?</h3><p>You’ll benefit from flexible working arrangements, exposure to nationally significant projects, and the chance to collaborate across multiple offices and disciplines.
