The Role
As aConveyancing Paralegal, you will:
* Assist solicitors with managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold properties, sales, and purchases.
* Prepare legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
* Conduct property searches and deal with related administrative tasks.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
* Assist in managing deadlines and ensuring smooth transaction progress.
* Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.
The Ideal Candidate
The successfulConveyancing Paralegalwill:
* Have experience in residential conveyancing or a legal support role (ideally 6+ months).
* Be familiar with the conveyancing process and related documentation.
* Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Be proactive, with strong communication skills, and able to liaise with clients and external parties.
* Show a willingness to learn and contribute to the team’s success.
