About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with pupils with a range of SEN including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social/emotional challenges
* Provide one-to-one and small group support under the guidance of the SENCo and class teachers
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Contribute to the implementation of EHCPs and tailored support plans
* Develop your skills and experience in preparation for a career in psychology, education, or therapy
Ideal Candidate
* A recent Psychology graduate (or related field)
* Passionate about child development, SEN, and inclusive education
* Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable
