IT Training & Adoption Specialist
London / Hybrid — Up to £65,000
Full-time | Permanent
Are you passionate about driving technology adoption and empowering users to get the best out of digital tools?
We’re looking for an experienced IT Training & Adoption Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in engaging users across the business, developing high quality training content, and supporting the successful rollout and adoption of technology solutions.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across all levels to ensure systems are understood, embraced, and used effectively helping to shape a forward-thinking, tech-confident workforce.
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a legal or comparable professional services environment
* Proven ability to drive adoption through user engagement and training strategies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical topics for all audiences
* Confident delivering in-person, virtual, and self-led training (e-learning, videos, newsletters, etc.)
* Creative and proactive approach to training design and delivery
* Relevant training qualifications, e.g. TPMA or similar
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Understanding of user experience and how to design training that genuinely adds value
Familiarity with any of the following tools is a bonus:
* iManage Work, Intapp Time, 3E, DocXtools, Chrome River, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat DC, Kiteworks
* Skore (process mapping), BIMCO Smartcom, Mersive Solstice
* Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools integrated into M365
