Purpose of the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented IFA Administrator to provide comprehensive pre‑ and post‑sales support to our Financial Advisers. You will play a pivotal role in processing client documentation accurately and efficiently while ensuring our clients receive service aligned with our values and regulatory standards. As Ascot Lloyd continues its transformation journey, this role is ideal for someone who can balance daily responsibilities supporting advisers and clients, while also helping drive automation and digitisation across our processes and reporting. Key Responsibilities Client Support: Handle client documentation and requests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and outstanding service. Process Management: Manage processes for advisers and clients, supporting automation and continuous improvement. Meeting Preparation: Prepare detailed client meeting packs including valuations, agreements, fact finds, and risk profiles. Documentation Management: Issue client documents to relevant parties, manage letters of authority, and update client records. Issue Management: Respond promptly to enquiries from clients, advisers, colleagues, and providers via telephone, email, and written communications. Data Management: Maintain accurate client records within Intelliflo Office, ensuring all personal and policy details are correct. Project Participation: Contribute to projects related to Intelliflo Office, platforms/providers, the Investment Committee, and new business initiatives.
