As an ambassador for Fitshop, you will support, resolve all queries for our retail and e-commerce customers whilst supporting and managing internal relationships. A passion for health and fitness and knowledge of fitness equipment is a distinct advantage but not essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
* Processing orders from online, retail and direct sales channels
* Responsible for ensuring the order information is accurate before processing and passing to the warehouse team
* Processing orders within a time sensitive manner
* Placing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
* Processing order amendments and cancellations
* Allocating stock to orders
* Keeping customers updated with their order status
Who You Will Work With
In addition to the support from a great team, you will connect with the retail stores, the warehouse team, sales team and purchasing.
You Will Need
* To maintain a calm, confident and enthusiastic manner
* 1+ Years in order processing / administration type role
* First class attention to detail
* Strong listening and verbal communication skills
* To be comfortable using office packages, email, online telephone systems and PC based back office systems
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team and on own initiative
* Must have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Above all else, you will need to be a great communicator who puts our customers at the centre of everything we do.
