About the role
* You will be responsible for designing and delivering customer-centric commercial propositions and product developments, focusing on customer needs and commercial benefits.
* Collaborate with the Commercial Lending Team to develop insight-led products, champion product changes, and work with stakeholders to implement them.
* Manage a portfolio of change initiatives, assess their complexity, cost, and impact, and ensure alignment with group strategy and regulatory guidance.
About you
* Understanding of financial products and their value to business and customers.
* Experience in stakeholder engagement and industry knowledge, including competitors.
* Proven track record in delivering change, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
* Leadership experience, including team motivation and development, preferably including remote leadership.
* Knowledge of lending onboarding operations, especially within commercial mortgages, and experience in loan application processes.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
* Experience in process improvement and a mindset for enhancing efficiency and customer service.
* Commitment to providing high-quality customer service, including servicing and broker relations.
