As one of our Customer Relations Advisors, your key focus will be managing incoming enquiries from our valued existing and prospective customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and ensuring the retention of our current ones, serving as the frontline of our company.
This role offers a unique blend of sales and service responsibilities, providing an exciting opportunity to engage with customers on multiple levels. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, providing them with support and offering expert advice to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales or service, accompanied by a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in a call centre environment is preferred but not essential.

The hours
* 15 hours per week, as determined by allocated rota
* Shift Patterns: Operational days between Monday – Sunday
* Our operational hours are from 07:00 – 20:00
