OD Group is a leading office interiors company based in the City of London, with a dual focus on both traditional construction and design and build. Due to exciting growth and new opportunities within our business, we're expanding our team!
We are currently hiring for various roles:
* A Construction Manager working out of hours
* A Construction Manager to be based in Maidenhead
* A Construction Manager to be London Based
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Assisting the Project Director and Project Manager in pre-construction phase, including procurement, programme and site establishment
2. Monitoring the construction programme, advising on any modifications where necessary, including remedial/mitigating actions and accurate reporting on project progress
3. Site setup and management in line with OD Group branding requirements, and mandatory H&S and welfare standards
4. Managing project administration to ensure documentation and record keeping is accurate and up to date
5. Attending design review meetings for specific trades / areas to ensure buildability and coordination is considered and is within the commercial budget
