Some of your duties will include:
* Registering new service users and providing information on services provided
* Providing service users with information and advice on welfare services available
* Advising on welfare benefits, community care, local services and health support
* Liaising with service users face to face, over the telephone and by email
* Advising, supporting and assisting service users on preparing emergency plans
* Co-ordinating home visits for service users and completing relevant documentation
