People and Culture Advisor (FTC)- Craigavon Due to continued growth and restructure, our multi-site client, a global leader in energy solutions, are seeking a dedicated People and Culture Advisor/HR Advisor to join their innovative and collaborative team, initially for a 6-8 month Fixed Term Contract duration. Based with the team in Craigavon, the successful People & Culture/HR Advisor will play a key role in shaping workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and delivering best practice support across the full range of HR activities - employee relations, talent and onboarding, performance management, training etc. Top Things to Know About this Job: Immediate start available, initially 6-8 month FTC Based in Craigavon with occasional travel to other sites Excellent team environment and great variety in HR operations and project work Hybrid work pattern (2 days work from home) Full time hours and early finish on Fridays at 1pm The Role: Provide expert advice on employee relations matters Lead and support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives Design and deliver training programmes across HR policies and systems Drive employee engagement, performance, and recognition programmes Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives Ensure compliance with employment legislation across NI/ROI/UK Collate and analyse HR data to inform strategic decisions Maintain accurate HR records and support the full employee lifecycle The Person: CIPD qualified Previous experience as a People & Culture Advisor/HR Advisor/HR Officer/HR Generalist Experience of advising and supporting recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee relations, recognition and engagement Strong working knowledge of UK/NI/ROI employment law Experience of delivering training Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The Reward: Competitive salary package 6-8 month Fixed Term Contract offering an immediate start Hybrid working (3 days in office/2 WFH) Full time hours with an early finish on Fridays at 1 pm Generous annual leave Opportunity to work with a global market leader and an excellent HR team Inclusive and supportive workplace culture Next Steps - Why Hunter Savage?
