Our client, a globally recognised supplier of medical testing equipment, is looking for a dynamic Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a 1-year fixed term contract.

The successful candidate:
* Proactive and charismatic with exceptional communication and rapport-building skills
* Experienced in outbound calling, proactively contacting customers and identifying sales opportunities
* Skilled at booking & coordinating appointments for Sales Reps
* Tenacious in regularly contacting customers and successfully reaching decision-makers
* Detail-oriented with a strong ability to accurately process orders from customers
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude towards change and new challenges
The Role:
* Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
* Scheduling appointments for sales, implementations, and training
* Scheduling reviews, running reports, and preparing customer reports
* Completing account calls
* Creating new sales opportunities through proactive activities
* Preparing quotations and responding to customer enquiries
* Processing sales enquiries
* Supporting marketing activities
