Your new companyAt Hays Education, we're delighted to be working with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in Lancashire to recruit a dedicated Year 4/5 Teacher for a permanent role starting in September. * Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where every child feels valued
* Plan and deliver a broad, balanced curriculum tailored to a mixed-age class
* Work collaboratively with a friendly, experienced staff team
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
You will also benefit from the support of a committed teaching assistant and strong, approachable leadership.What you'll need to succeedYou'll be a great fit if you:
* Hold QTS and have experience teaching within KS2
* Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for helping children succeed.
* Are confident planning for mixed-age groups (support available if new to this)
* Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
* We are committed to ongoing professional development.
