We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who can not only develop and execute high-impact social strategies, but also produce engaging short-form content through filming and editing for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals.
· Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that bring to life the stories of our surgeons, patients, and brand journey.
· Create high-quality written, visual, and video content that showcases our expertise, drives engagement, and supports lead generation.
· Work with patients and clinical teams to capture compelling real-life stories, including on-location shoots at clinics and events.
· Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive digital presence.
· Manage and grow online communities through active engagement, responding to comments/messages, and fostering positive interaction.
· Identify opportunities for influencer and brand partnerships to expand reach.
· Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices on all major platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, to maximise visibility and engagement.
· Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
