Salary: £89–£103 per day (depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting children with additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and communication difficulties
2. Providing one-to-one or small group support to help pupils engage in learning
3. Building trust-based relationships with children, offering consistency and encouragement
4. Assisting with personal care or emotional regulation where needed
5. Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver personalised support
6. Championing positive behaviour and celebrating every small win

Whether you’ve worked with children before or are brand new to education, we want to hear from you. Experience in care, youth work, coaching, or volunteering is a bonus—but what matters most is that you’re reliable, kind, and eager to learn.
