Role Purpose
The LAV and Water Agent is responsible for servicing aircraft lavatory and potable water systems in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. This role ensures compliance with airline, airport, and regulatory standards while supporting on-time departures and overall operational excellence.
What you will be doing
1. Service aircraft lavatory systems, including draining waste tanks and replenishing chemicals
2. Refill potable water tanks according to airline and safety standards
3. Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
4. Operate specialized service vehicles and equipment safely on the ramp
5. Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials and PPE usage
6. Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report any defects
7. Maintain accurate service records and documentation as required
8. Communicate effectively with ramp agents, supervisors, and flight crews
9. Ensure service is completed within designated turnaround times
10. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas
11. Adhere to all FAA, OSHA, and company policies and procedures
12. Perform other duties as requested

What we are looking for:
13. High school diploma or equivalent
14. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
15. Ability to pass a background check and obtain airport security clearance
16. Must pass pre-employment drug test
17. Basic understanding of safety procedures and equipment operation
18. Previous ramp or ground service experience
19. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
20. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
21. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
22. Comfortable working around aircraft noise and fumes
23. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
24. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
25. Good communication and time management skills
26. Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
27. Reliability and punctuality
28. Airport ramp environment with exposure to noise, weather, and moving equipment
29. Shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
Pay: $18.00 Hourly USD
