Position Summary
Kantata seeks a Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy—identifying customer pain points and uncovering revenue growth opportunities through innovative products. You will shape and lead industry-changing products that deliver new insights and ways of working in the professional services sector. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will oversee the vision and roadmap for analytics and data insights products, owning our global data strategy and helping identify new AI-driven products for revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership, strong commercial management, hands-on problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering results and fostering innovation.
You will engage closely with customers and partners, collaborating with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to execute strategies that exceed business goals. We seek a dynamic leader who can inspire and lead, with experience delivering innovative solutions across complex B2B SaaS platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Customer-Centric Innovation: Engage directly with customers to understand challenges, identify pain points, and deliver transformative, value-driven solutions.
* Develop and Deliver a Unified Data Strategy: Create a cohesive data strategy across existing products, including Insight-driven products on Tableau and GoodData.
* Revenue Growth - New Product Innovation: Identify and develop new products to capitalize on revenue opportunities, executing the commercial strategy successfully.
* Product Roadmap Development: Set priorities and develop an actionable roadmap, focusing on AI-driven optimization for professional services.
* Cross-Product Synergies: Promote a 'deliver once' strategy across technologies and products to improve efficiency and scalability.
* Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with engineering, product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution, inspiring teams along the way.

What You Bring To The Role
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or international equivalent) and 15+ years of relevant experience.
* Extensive knowledge in product strategy, especially bringing SaaS products to market.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue growth strategies.
* A solid understanding of data-driven strategies and technologies.
* Ability to translate high-level visions into practical solutions.
* Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
* A track record of driving innovation and understanding emerging trends.
* Strong skills in engaging with customers to inform product development.
* Ability to see the big picture and align diverse technologies around a unified strategy.

* Excellent articulation of strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information
The ideal candidate will be based in GMT, but candidates from the East Coast USA will also be considered.
