About the Role:
We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a Project Director to join a Construction business. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional based in or around the Aberdeen area, with the flexibility to travel across multiple sites and projects within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Clients to define and scope the required outcomes of identified and potential Hub projects
* Identify and secure appropriate and affordable funding solutions
* Translate local and policies into business cases and development plans, including place, net zero, inclusive economic growth, digital, and other emerging policies
* Coordinate feasibility studies and establish project teams as needed
* Assess and mitigate key risks associated with proposed developments
* Support and promote the implementation of the North Infrastructure Commission
* Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery from initial inception through to on-site completion
* Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
* Understanding of public sector processes and the ability to align Hub activities with these requirements
* Ability to manage innovation within a highly regulated environment
* Experience in preparing business cases and project bidding
* Organised, structured, and professional, with a passion for excellence
* Flexible, resilient, and capable of influencing and building relationships with key stakeholders
* Commitment to excellent customer service, with a passionate and enthusiastic approach
* Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
