Due to internal promotions, a position at this level has now come available for you to work closely with the Associate Directors of the team as they deliver some on some flagship developments happening across the North of England. Projects include a range of high rise BTR and office block schemes, student accommodation and other exciting large scale projects you will help deliver from a pre and post contract perspective. Responsibilities/Requirements Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team The ability to deal/face Clients of all levels and general BD knowledge Have professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility within all work matters.
