What You'll Be Doing. Working Within The Medical Technology (Meditec) Division, At ZEISS, We Are Looking For a Customer Support Coordinator To
* Proactively update the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure maximum customer satisfaction within Salesforce.
* Enable accurate and timely service order processing and invoicing in SAP.
* Process credits, returns, repairs and warranty replacements.
* Generate quotes.
* Liaise with customers and regional managers.
* Investigate and action disputes.
* Provide general administration support
What We're Looking For:
* Strong customer focus, collaborative mindset.
* Salesforce experience.
* SAP S/4 experience.
* Microsoft Office skills.
* Good communicator.
