The QA Auditor will ensure that the product quality and site standards are maintained at all times and that the product meets the customer’s expectations and is legally compliant in all aspects.
Core responsibilities:
16. Ensure that intake checks are completed on all raw materials and work with SOP's
17. Complete relevant paperwork, record and logs for Quality procedures and audits
18. Shelf life analysis and NPD product testing as required
19. Work with production stakeholders regularly and support departmental KPI's
20. Support in customer complaints investigation
21. Assist with any incidents eg. allergens spillage, glass / hard plastic, blade breakages etc
22. Partake in risk assessments & make decisions independently when required
23. Work cross-functionally, collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Who You are
24. Experience within a Food manufacturing or fulfilment environment
25. Experience in a QC, QA or Food Technical role with audit experience
26. Chilled food experience (advantageous)
27. Working knowledge of Practical Allergen, HACCP, BRC and GMP would be a real advantage
28. A high level of computer literacy including working knowledge of google and/or Microsoft applications
29. Excellent organisational skills, a forward thinking team player
30. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Qualifications
31. Food Safety Level 2
32. HACCP level 2
33. Auditing qualification (Desirable)
34. Allergen training
