We are recruiting an Area Sales Executive focused on promoting employee benefits and short‑term vehicle rental across the UK but based in Manchester.
Hours: Full time: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
About The Role
We’re looking for a candidate with experience selling Contract Hire, Salary Sacrifice and Vehicle Rental. The role is ideal for an experienced and knowledgeable individual who has a solid understanding of the sales process and can be commercially aware, motivated and enthusiastic.
Day-to-day duties
* Present the benefits of our products to new and existing clients and qualify customer requirements.
* Update and add to the Customer Relationship Management system.
* Find and develop new opportunities.
* Account Management.
* Keep up to date with the latest industry news and developments.
* Carry out all duties in an efficient and professional manner.
* Full responsibility to attaining and exceeding set targets.
* Comfortable engendering long term business relationships.
Essential Skills
* Knowledge and previous experience of selling Salary Sacrifice
* Strong communication and influencing skill
* Attention to detail
* Professional manner
* Driving licence
* Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
Nice To Have, But Not Essential
* CRM system experience
* Gensen (funding methods) experience
* Product knowledge
