We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of hard and soft services across our Volvo account. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all sites operate safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual and statutory requirements.
You will take ownership of day-to-day operations, including maintenance, compliance, health and safety, contractor management, and service delivery. Working closely with the client and internal teams, you will ensure the highest standards of service are achieved while maintaining a strong focus on cost control, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

And as a Facilities Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
Facilities Operations
* Oversee all hard and soft FM services, including cleaning, security, post room, reception, and planned/reactive maintenance.
* Manage the in-house facilities team, including an electrician, receptionist, and post room operative.
* Act as first point of contact for all FM-related issues, ensuring swift resolution with minimal disruption.
* Monitor and manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fabric maintenance).
* Support project works and space planning initiatives on site.
Compliance & Health, Safety, Environment (HSE)
* Ensure statutory compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
* Maintain accurate records, permits, and documentation for audits and inspections.
* Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure contractor compliance with site rules.
* Support Volvo and Bellrock’s CSR and sustainability objectives, including waste management, recycling, and energy monitoring.
Contract & Supplier Management
* Oversee performance of third-party contractors and suppliers, ensuring delivery against SLA and KPI targets.
* Manage procurement processes in line with Bellrock and client requirements.
* Review and authorise purchase orders, invoices, and ensure cost control.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
* Build strong working relationships with Volvo stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
* Act as liaison between Volvo staff, Bellrock, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication.
* Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to both client and Bellrock management.
People Management
* Lead, motivate, and support the FM team to deliver high-quality service.
* Conduct performance reviews, ensure training needs are met, and manage staff attendance.
* Support employee wellbeing and foster a collaborative workplace culture.

What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Facilities Manager, you’ll need
* Proven experience in facilities management (hard and soft services).
* Background in Engineering (desirable)
* Strong knowledge of health & safety compliance, including risk assessments and statutory testing.
* Experience in managing contractors, budgets, and service performance.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Warwick office. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, based primarily at the Warwick site. Once you have settled into the position, your time will be divided between the Warwick and Rugby sites, with approximately 80 percent of your working week spent in Warwick and the remaining 20 percent in Rugby.
