Assessment and Recovery Officer needed in Wolverhampton Ref CWC 7059 £15.08 These staff will need to be experienced in a Revenues and Benefits assessment and billing and have worked using the Northgate / NEC Revenues and Benefits computer system. Ideally, an August would be good. This will be to work on a ringfenced back log in either of the following work areas: Revenues (Council Tax Billing and Collection) or Benefits (Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support or Discretionary Housing Payments) We can offer full time homeworking after a short period of induction / training on procedures and quality assurance. This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
