Job Description
M4 Recruitment are looking for dedicated Food Production Operatives to join our clients team based inthe Cotswold's districtto help prepare and pack organic meals at scale. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for prepping, peeling, chopping, and slicing fresh ingredients to create nutritious, high-quality meals. As part of a busy production team, youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the food preparation process for mass production.
No prior experience in food production is required, as all training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* Two shift options available:
o Shift 1:05:00 AM - 14:30 PM
o Shift 2:07:00 AM - 16:00 PM
o One Saturday per month may be required, but you will receive a day off during the week to compensate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare organic meals by performing tasks such as peeling, chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
2. Follow detailed recipes and food preparation guidelines to ensure consistent quality across all meals
