Responsibilities
* Produce technical designs and drawings within project timelines.
* Undertake site visits and surveys to assess site conditions.
* Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion.
* Manage a small team of more junior staff members to contribute to their professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
* BSC or HND within Architectural Technology.
* Proficiency with Revit.
* Significant post‑qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK Practice.
* Experience working across all RIBA work stages.
* Knowledge of MEP and Structural building systems and building regulations.
* CIAT Registered would be desirable.
* Experience leading projects within the residential sector.
* Job Running experience.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle area.
