The Ideal Candidate:
Experience:
Proven experience in financial and operational control within a corporate environment.
Strong background in Order-to-Cash processes across B2B and D2C channels.
Demonstrated ability to lead and support cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives.
Skills:
Deep understanding of SAP S4/HANA, particularly in supply chain and finance modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across departments.
Capable of delivering training and documentation to support competency development.
Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business operations, ensuring accurate financial and management reporting.
Lead and support Order Management and Order Fulfilment teams in process execution.
Conduct gap analyses and provide expert insights to optimise business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose and resolve operational challenges.
Facilitate training sessions and develop end-user documentation to support process adoption.
Act as a key contributor to strategic decision-making through financial insights.
