We’re working with a school in North Cornwall on the lookout for a dedicated Behaviour Manager to join their committed pastoral team. Responsibilities
* Lead behaviour management initiatives and work to create a supportive environment for pupils.
* Promote wellbeing and support young people to thrive within a positive pastoral framework.
* Build trust, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a team that upholds high expectations and inclusion.
* Manage situations calmly, fairly, and with empathy, guiding decisions with clarity and compassion.
What you’ll bring
* Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with additional needs or challenging behaviour.
* Confidence in working independently and within a multi-disciplinary team.
* Knowledge of behavioural management strategies and targeted interventions.
* Clear understanding of SEND and inclusion.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths – NVQ Level 2 or above preferred.
* Previous experience in a school setting is essential.
