About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Paralegal to join our busy Residential Property team in Saffron Walden. This is a great opportunity to develop your career and work on high‑quality residential property matters within a respected and growing firm.
Key responsibilities
* Supporting lawyers on a range of residential property matters
* Providing high‑quality, proactive legal support under supervision
* Managing files and drafting key documents, including contracts and client reports
* Reviewing titles and preparing documentation
* Applying for and reporting on searches
* Handling and confirming exchange of contracts and advising clients
What we’re looking for
* Paralegal experience in Residential Property or Conveyancing is desirable
* Strong client‑service skills and excellent organisation
* The ability to deliver high‑quality work independently
* Confidence in building trusted relationships with clients
