We’re looking for an experienced and passionate F&B Assistant to join our to join our team. The Role As F&B Assistant, you’ll play a key role in our restaurant and build great relationships with our customers. You’ll have a good understanding of restaurant operations, a real passion for food and drink and a strong knowledge of wines, beers and spirits. The Person As well as having previous experience in a similar role, you’ll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented. Greet and assist guests with menu selections. Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
